Review: I bought a Deep freezer from b&l maytag in feburay 2014 and the door would not seal and they sent a repair man out and he said it looks like to him it was damaged during shipping and could not be repaired frigidaire the brand of the freezer said it was b&l responsibility to replace it not theres and b&l said they would not do anythingDesired Settlement: I would either like the unit to be replaced or have a complete refund

This item was sold to me with a warranty that in not being complied with and I paid a lot of money for something that cannot use and needs to be fixed or replaced or would like to have a refund I lost a lot of food because the freezer broke

When the consumer purchased the freezer it came with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. She should have contacted us within 7 days of purchasing the freezer, but it has been 6 months. She needs to contact the manufacturer.

I contacted the manufacture and they said the since it was a shipping issue that it feel back on the business if they dont want to replace it then I will have no other choice bu to take them to court and sue them its a shame that a person works hard for the stuff they buy and people like that cant honor what they sell
