Stanley Steemer takes all necessary precautions to protect a customers property. As Ms. [redacted] stated, since she already had plastic under the pieces of upholstery to be cleaned the floors were fully protected. With our cleaning process we do not reuse water, so if any was left it would be clean...

water. The amount of moisture that is used to clean upholstery is very small so any overspray or leakage would be minimal. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and offered immediate help to extract any additional moisture which she refused.

our residents are given a move-in condition form to complete and return within
