Treble on call emergency staffThe a/c unit went out Saturday on June 4th 2016..,the leasing office was openI spoke with Ruby , she is helpless unable to control anything ON CALL MAINTENANCE STAFF FLAT OUT TOLD ME HE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO AND OTHER PERSONS WITH A/C PROBLEMS When this information was reported to the assistant Ruby , she was unable to do anything AGAIN.!! ..Temp F at night inside the apartment During the day temp was over 90F CALLED AGAIN 6/5/AT TO to on call emergency maintenance staff told me to open my windows!!!!! and wanted to know why I was calling so early!!! OH, I FORGOT TO NOTIFY YOU , YOU ARE ON CALL THIS WEEKEND !!
REALLY THE TEMP IS GOING TO BE 106F TODAY!!!!!!
Ruby the office assistant is totally helpless, needs new over site over weekend workers ..I have given my day notice , going back to the hotel
the a/c is always working and staff is friendly and helpful....the location is great , but who cares
