I am rejecting this response because:
I had to sign and pay the $150 or you would not of installed my water heater. And after 15 days of no hot water I did not see another option. The pressure did not change in the one week you checked to pressure and installed the first water heater. Your  technician should have told me to get a wpr before the first unit went in. I talked w Jason in detail. He knew of my issue with having to pay to reinstall the heater your technician broke. Still pissed. Still think your company is a scam Regards,

Ms. [redacted] placed a claim for her water heater through her American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty contract.  B & L Plumbing Service, Inc. was sent out as a third party to service the claim.  As a third party, B & L Plumbing Service, Inc. is only able to make repairs as authorized...

by the home warranty company.American Home Shield authorized for the water heater to be replaced, pending the homeowner’s acceptance of the fees for the non-covered portion (AHS did not authorize $755 of the job value in this case).  Should Ms. [redacted] wish to discuss her policy or coverage, she will need to consult directly with AHS home warranty service.  B & L Plumbing Service, Inc. was simply a third party in this matter.The new water heater we installed began to leak due to excessive water pressure. There have been changes made within the municipality recently that have also affected other customers.  Some homes have experienced increases in pressure from around to 60 to 70 psi to over 150 psi.  Pressure gauges typically cannot measure readings over 200, and it would not even be possible for a system to sustain pressure of 450 psi.Water heater manufacturers typically do not cover units that fail due to pressure. However, we were able to get the unit covered.  Jason with B & L Plumbing Service, Inc.  spoke with Ms. [redacted] at length, and explained that she would be responsible for a minimal fee for labor to replace the failed unit. She agreed to pay $150, and the work was completed on 8/23/16. Ms. [redacted] signed our invoice indicating that she accepted the charges and that the work was completed in a satisfactory manner. The fees for this service are not refundable, since the work has already been completed.
