I had a furnace inspection and a tub spout diverter replaced and I was very impressed with Nick, the Technician, with his workHe called me at work to confirm my apptand he was prompt at the arrival timeHe was very professional and knowledgeable! My bathroom sink was slow draining (at times) and I had said I thought there was a huge hairball in the drainInstead of charging me to fix this issue, he told me to buy a "Zip-it" tool (for $or so) from a hardware store and it would work wondersI am in the process of buying one! I will use B&L in the future for any plumbing or furnace needs!

I would like to preface this with the work that was done was satisfactory The complaint involves billing and charges thereafter The technician explained a "trip" charge beforehand which is acceptable and upon assessing the situation he deemed that the initial replacement of the hose bib was not necessary and that all we needed "repaired" was the packing nutHe proceeded to go to his truck and grab two (2) monkey wrenches and tighten itProblem solved All of this took all of about 5-minutesAs he is invoicing me, he tells me that the trip charge was $54, and for him to go and grab the tools was a minimum charge of $WOW! for tightening a packing nut with two monkey wrenchesI questioned the technician about this and he said there was nothing he could do as his boss said if he has to pull tools off of the truck, there is a minimum charge of $Disgruntled, I paid the technician and called the office to verify and ask to speak to a manager, but they were "in a meeting." I explained my concern as I felt this was a bit steep for the work that was done and that the trip charge was understandable, but the rest of the charge was not logicalWhy not charge a pro-rated labor rate for the time he was there for such a simple fix? Anyhow, if you choose to use these guys, be prepared for hidden charges and a lack of customer service from managementI will be not be using them again and will be sure to tell all of my friends about this tooIt's a shame when I found these guys through the Revdex.com with an A+ rating - and now it has come to this

We have used B&L Plumbing services since Our house was recently on the market for sale and we had been set to close until we received late documentation/information that our house was in noncompliance for work that was completed and had not yet been cleared by Pikes Peak Regional B&L personally handled our noncompliance issue with Regional and was resolved within one business dayThis special thanks goes out to Gene, Chelsea and CarolynYou all were impressively patient, accommodating, and understanding to our unique situation Gene, you really took initiative for what was an already busy Friday for the Company's schedule, and personally made sure our house was top priority It is/was refreshing and encouraging to have someone be as understanding and dedicated as you all were! Ty arrived on time and was very helpful and professional He was very proactive in determining the cause of the problem and correcting it I highly recommend

On Christmas Eve day our water heater broke. Needless to say, all calls prior to B&L said they couldn't come out until Monday (4 days later) and some even wanted to charge double even if they could provide support that day. B&L was able to send a technician that day and carry 40 and 50 gallon water heaters in their trucks. That was an issue with the others I called as they have to pick them up at their suppliers and they were closing early since it was the day before Christmas. All in all it was a pleasant experience dealing with B&L Plumbing.

The guys that came out were very polite and professional and fixed the issue!

I called B&L to replace a water heaterThey responded promptly and professionally and were able to get it replaced within a few hours of my initial callThe service technician was very professional and did an outstanding job

[redacted] from B&L Plumbing did an excellent job. He called ahead the morning of the job to reconfirm. He arrived 10 minutes into his two hour block of time. He was very courteous and professional. He completed the job of fixing the dripping tub faucet in a very short period of time. The repair was a little expensive, but considering that he replaced the entire Delta single handle tub & shower cartridge, I really can't complain. The invoice showed a standard price for the part of $259, but I was only charged $188.32. I would not hesitate to use B&L Plumbing again in the future.
