I am rejecting this response because: The insurance agent called more than weeks ago The insurance would not give a time frame when they might get someone out to give an estimate They still haven't set up an appointment to look at our jeep The insurance agent also said they will not pay for any labor issues They will only cover materials Most of the costs associated will be labor, which will not be covered
I feel like they are trying to drag this out until they hit the statue of limitations at year, which will be in about weeks

I am rejecting this response because: The insurance agent called more than 2 weeks ago. They still haven't set up an appointment to look at our jeep....
The insurance agent also said they will not pay for any labor issues. They will only cover materials. Most of the costs associated will be labor, which will not be covered.
I feel like they are trying to drag this out until they hit the statue of limitations at 1 year, which will be in about 6 weeks.
