Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The facts are untrue as stated in the owners responseI explained to the dispatcher that this was a mini limo the same length as any pickup truck and that a standard flatbed truck would transport our vehicle as did two or three times before on previous occasionsAgain, the main substance of my complaint is that no price was discussed prior to towing as promised and I never gave permission to towAlso an additional charge from the exit to another location was never never authorizedAlso $labor should never have been charged since that is what you ate paying the tow fee for..its all part of the tow processI gave explicit instructions not to tow the vehicle until the price was given to meI was not notified until after the vehicle was delivered to *** *** and they told me I owe them $while I was discussing the price with the dispatcher the drivers of the tow truck went into *** *** snatched the keys to the vehicle and held the vehicle hostage until such time as somebody would pay for the towI was then told that if I do not sign the paper and fax it back along with my credit card information they were going to take the car and bring it back to the highway or to their shop and nobody was going to fix the flat at that time and I have customers waiting for that vehicleSo I was forced to pay $to have the two of the vehicle towed to the exit and another additional $to have the vehicle told a mile down the road the *** *** $for labor and etcall without my permissionThe reason I wanted to know the price if it was too much I would have instructed the driver to continue a mile down the road on a flat to the rest area at which time I would jump into one of my other vehicles and bring the spare tire that I have here at the office and put it on the vehicleI will continue to pursue this complaint and credit card chargeback because I know we are in the right in this situation and I refuse to be overcharged and forced into something that I gave no permission forI also found other complaints against this business for similar such occurrences

I have looked into this repair, we have fixed car and has been delivered to the customer , there was a delay
on the insurance coverage's as the insurance company denied this claim at first , there was an issue that we are not privileged to discuss however the insurance did delay, also, there
was a secondary claim submitted for old prior damage as well , what is also customary in the auto body repair business is supplemental claims for added or damage that was not apparent at time of insurance inspection, all of these insurance covered auto claims are subject to unforeseen delays and this one was in line with this type of administrative problems, also we released vehicle with out being paid in full, as insurance company was slow to settle in full, we felt bad customer had to wait, we released vehicle without full payment in an attempt to satisfy customers needs for transportation, we cannot be held responsible for there insurance paying so slowly, it is customary and our policy that all repairs must be paid in full before released, we were not paid in full until the 12th of June and vehicle was released on June 6th

I am rejecting this response because:
There lying they were paid in full 2000 dollars and I have receipt to show also the car was release and work wasn't finished I had to bring the car back 3 times then the insurance adjustor came back out to see the work which wasn't performed right hood isn't on correctly piston broke under hood b&L sent my insurance company a estimate on all new tires there 3 dry rotted tires I paid for one new one the rear driver side strut needed to be replaced it want & frame is bent on the same side the accident occurred

I HAVE REVIEWED THE COMPLAINT BY CUSTOMER , WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO USE A TRACTOR TRAILER TYPE FLATBED TOWING UNIT AS THE EXTENDED STRETCH LIMOUSINE IS TO LONG TO FIT ON A FLATBED DESIGNED FOR NORMAL SIZE VEHICLES .. WE CANNOT PUT A STRETCHED LIMO ON OUR FLATBEDS AS IT IS DANGEROUS AND WILL CAUSE...

MUCH DAMAGE ...THE NJTP WAS NOTIFIED BY THE CUSTOMER AND  THEY I BELIEVE EXPLAINED IT WAS NOT UNCOMMON FOR A LIMO TO BE TOWED ON A TRACTOR TRAILER FLATBED AS THE TRAILER CAN FIT LONGER VEHICLES, THIS WAS ALSO DONE WITH THE DRIVER OF THE LIMOS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THE LIMO WAS TO LONG FOR NORMAL STRAIGHT BODY FLATBED ...ATTACHED IS THE SIGNED AUTHORIZATION FROM VEHICLES OWNER AS WELL  MR.[redacted] WHO ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED AND AUTHORIZED TOWING

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
