[redacted] Response: Customer feels they were riped off. Vehicle had 198,390 miles on it. Customer stated they had just purchased the vehicle from someone other than us. Several issues with the vehicle were repaired free of charge. Per technician: Camshaft position actuator valve screen was gummed up due to oil being extremely dirty. AC compressor bolts were loose. Performed Fuel Induction Service at no charge. Vehicle had mis-matched coils. Valve is wrong style for that year engine/vehicle. Lower bell housing bolts loose. I feel very confident that customer received more than great value for the amount charged. With that being said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. I would rather refund the $350 as to deal with this issue. I need to know the best way for this to take place. Sent on: 3/17/2016 1:23:19 PM
