B-Line Construction did an addition for me on my home. I was VERY pleased at first. It was completed July 2009. At first fall rain, I had a leak in the bedroom area,above my bed. Contacting Mr. [redacted] he and his helper came and said it was the roofers fault. Roofers came and said it was the Radon pipe leaking. They said they repaired it. By next fall the ceiling had a HUGE wet spot covering about 30 inches, calling b-line construction again. Mr [redacted] stated again, it was the roofing company. Roofers came out again, No, it was the Radon pipe AGAIN! Mr [redacted] reluctantly came again, it was apparent he didn't want to deal with the problem, he said he fixed it again. By the end of winter I had a Huge wet spot and was in fear that the sheetrock was going to fall on top of me. My daughter suggested I call another contractor to inspect the problem. I found the Radon pipe had been improperly installed, trying to cut corners, b-line construction used improper glue for the radon pipe causing the glue to break down almost immediatly, continueing the constant leak. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] with pictures,letter of improper instalation,and the paid bill to the contractor. This has just stopped the leak. It is recomended that I have the sheetrock removed to re-glue the rest of the existing Radon pipe that is inside the walls. I fear the job of the Radon pipe is compremised. I have all the pictures,assesment of the problem, paid bill to the other licensed contractor and the estimate to completely repair the Radon pipe. I have sent Mr. [redacted] a certified letter with all the information dated April 5,2012 requesting he contact me by the 18th. Of no avail. Please HELP!!!
