We returned her call and left a message the same day, 7/26 at 12:40pm ; the second attempt was a busy signal. We have since connected and shipped the samples she requested.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered an [redacted] lipstick by name. Received a color not even close to the shade requested.

When I complained the woman was rude and stated the [redacted] colors were not consistent, and said that the most she could do would be to provide a store credit. So I went to the website and found a magic mitt and 2 sample lipsticks to exchange for the order.

I received the mitt but the two sample lipsticks were not in the colors requested. They sent a clear and a brown, I requested pink shades. They simply stated that they were out of the shades requested, so instead of contacting me, decided to substitute their choices.

I won't call back or ever do business with them again!
