In response to the complaint ..Mr [redacted] was informed that his vehicle was close to a total lossHe stated that he was unemployed and had " no money " to pay for his repairsHe wished for us to repair his vehicle for less than the amount paid for by his insurance company We strive to help all of our customers as best that we can.We found the passenger seat and many of the suspension parts usedUSED PARTS HAVE A DAY WARRANTY.He was informed of this and accepted with complete understanding.This was all of the work that we were doingANY MORE REPAIRS WOULD COST HIM MORE MONEYAttached you will find copies of his bill and the receipts he submitted to us for reimbursement.We also did a State safety inspection of his carOur technician drove and found the car safe and noise free.When I discussed the customers complaint the technician felt that there were no problems that were related to the collision.The vehicle failed the required emission inspection and had to be driven to reset the " monitors" in the diagnostic computerThis is the reason for his return the following day.At that time he mentioned the noise and I felt it was related to the customer supplied rear bumper.The rear bumper was supplied by the owner .There is no warranty given on customer supplied partsAlso he has never shown me the problems with this part.The invoices he has given me copies of are partials with no dates, no mileage, no prices for replacement.The car was returned to the owner on 2-7-Any suspension warranties expired on 3-9-As he is out of date and there is no mileage's given we are forced to deny his request.As noted on the estimate we also did work for no charge to satisfy his needs.Thank-You , Thomas G [redacted] , Body Shop Manager B&M Automotive

Review: My car was involved in accident on 1/12/16. I got my car back 2/7/16. On 2/8/16 I returned to same shop to have my car inspected. I was then asked how car was running. I said its makeing a hummin noise, theres vibration, and right front did not feel right. I was giving a reason why these problems may be there. It was lie few months later and good bit money my car is finally fixed to condition it was in before wreck. I went back to shop with a hand writen letter and copys of parts that were replaced to fix my car. The shop owner mark didnt want to make things right by refunding the money that went into car to make car right again. He attempted to try and put the money on my insurance comp. One of the parts replaced to fix my car after B&M returned my car was a lower front right control arm, which is also same part 3 months later nissan replaced ti fix my car. So that alone is wrong. I have a paper trail of the work dont on my car with plenty more that will make this shop look bad. I plan on useing every option I can to make this right including court. They also painted a aftermarket rear bumper that is allrdy bubbling and jaked up.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is 2,200$ the amount I have had put into car to make it back to working condition it was before accident. Its only whats right.
