Review: On September 22, 2013 I entered into a contract for BMC Roofing to replace the roof on my home. BMC Roofing was a referral by a neighbor based upon services provided to replace a roof on my neighbors home. BMC Roofing owner, [redacted] informed me that he may not have time to replace my roof in 2013 based upon weather conditions and his workload, but he would provide the services needed to replace my roof in 2014. Once the weather permitted, work would start on my home in early 2014. I tried to reach BMC Roofing but unable to contact BMC Roofing due to telephone number is not in service. I would like the return of my down payment ($500.00) for services NOT performed. I have a cancelled check and a contract stating the cost of my roof repair and down payment made.Desired Settlement: I would like the $500.00 refunded to me by cash. I went on line and I seen that BMC Roofing is no longer in business. I can be contacted via cell phone.
