We had already investigated our processing, nothing can make damages small hole allover. All shirts that we process at that day...

everything is fine. We give you 2 option:I can give you refund $60.00 like you desired but we will not take your shirts anymore or store credit $20.00, we still take your business.

They never offered me $60.00 for the ruined shirt; their machinery put a large hole in the front panel of the shirt there is no other explanation of how it got there but their equipment ruined the shirt. This company DOES NOT take responsibility for their actions. I don't recommend anyone do business with them.
