Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I I apologize for the incorrect dates, the job was done the last weekend in AprilHowever I did not ask him for him to patch my stoop he offered as incentive for me to choose him to the job, said he would make it look real nice and use all the handy tricks of the trade to make it blend in real nice, which he did notThe job was not complete when I gave him the rest of the payment because the stoop was not done and even though it was a perk he threw in it was still part of the contractI had to bug him numerous times to come finish itIn which I have our conversations via text if I need to pull those out and prove itHe also did not come and put the compound in the large cracks until after I filed this complaint he came and did it while I was not home and did not even notify me in doing so!!! He also did nothing to the large hairline crack that continues to grow in the back step!!! Coming to my house without notifying me is not acceptableAnd then acting as if he had taken care of it before this complaintLying is also very poor characterThere's a reason ur contract states ur not responsible for cracks due to weather etc yet this cement was laid only five months ago and hasn't even seen winter yetIn which he himself said it shouldn't be doing this and would have to talk to ozinga Sincerely, [redacted] ***
