This customer waited over months to cancel the order, which was written on their Sales Agreement for a spring deliveryThey told us they wanted to cancel when they were called with the delivery schedule for their swingsNeither the Husband or wife tried to contact the office to cancel, which would have been the proper call to make, their are two phone numbers on the Sales Agreement for the officeThe Salespeople are not office staff and are not expected to make those decisions or be on call for cancellationsWe did not know they could not finish their order until they were called for schedulingAt that point the product had already been shipped to the delivery guy in their area to deliver and assemble their swingsOur policy is No Refunds which is stated on the Sales Agreement which was signed by the customerWe offer alternatives if the customer can not complete their original purchase such has putting the customer on Will Call so that it gives them more time to complete the purchase or the customer can complete the purchase with an exchange of something less expensive.B&M Distributors strives to make our customers happy with our great salespeople and our wonderful and hardworking delivery staffWe sell an exceptional backyard patio swing that anyone would be proud to ownWe have been in business over years and we are very proud of our service and sales!!!

On 1-21-I put down a deposit of dollars on patio futiture to be delivered late May by the salesmanOn 3-12-I cancelled my order with the salesperson via his cell phoneOn 3-31-the main office told me they would not refund my money because of the contract I signed that said no refunds, exchanges onlyThis contract does not say no refunds on depositsThis statement on the contract implies delivered goods, because there is nothing to exchangeThe products had not been delivered yet and it was still months before this delivery was to happenNo where on the invoice does it say " if you cancel before delivery your deposit is non refundable"The woman I spoke to in the office on 3-31-said she would talk to the owner and salesman that I dealt with and get back to me about my deposit and she never didI don't know how they can just keep dollars of someones moneyIt seems very shady

Consumer states that the business has been in contact with her directlyNegotiations were successful in reaching a resolutionThe final settlement is not ideally what the the consumer would of wanted, however, consumer considers the matter resolved
