Tires First mislead me from the moment I contacted them last week about putting new tires on my GMC Yukon A total of three people informed me that the work would take approxhalf a day, but they would let me know if it would take longer I informed them that I'm willing to work with a longer period but just need to know so I can arrange transportation to their location After several hours past the stated hour completion time (approxhrs), I called and proceeded to wait approxminutes on hold while they attempted to find my car Once the car was located, they said I should come in and wait I came in to the business and was asked to sign a document (supposedly to authorize payment) that gave them permission to work on the car (???) When I questioned the purpose of signing a document AFTER work was done on the car, I got an extremely sarcastic response to the effect that I did not understand how my debit card worked While the new tires seem fine, I feel compelled to have them checked by another dealer given the fact that Tires First has been less than honest about their business practices to me Afterwards, I was called by an individual named Tom from Tires First and he stated that: "he heard there was a problem." I relayed the story to him and he informed me that they do about cars a day and sometimes things fall thru the crack He apologized but I couldn't believe that he bothered to call me just to make excuses Bottom line is that Tires First cannot be trusted
