Heatwave pools came out to open our poolThe pool has been serviced by *** *** for over yearsThey couldn't open our pool until JuneWe called Heatwave and they said they could open it April 21.After uncovering the pool, the two employees pointed out several cracks they thought needed attentionI called *** and told them thisThey said to go ahead and have the pool opened because they never had an issue with thisI called Heatwave and they said that they could come out the next dayThey did, but refused to open the pool until we talked to the owner about the cracksThey said they would call me, but I have never hear another word
