Mr [redacted] is requesting the original statement from the Technician, we are totally electronic and both the workorder nor the invoice has Mr. [redacted] signature, and the tech did not note that he told customer that everything was under warranty and that there would be no charge. What he has been emailed...

and mailed is the original ‘statement’. The original part was installed 9/2/16, we replaced the motor again on 6/6/17, we did not charge the customer for the motor - we charged only labor for replacing the motor the 2nd time. We also offer a service agreement where we guarantee any repairs (labor and parts) for 3 years as long as the customer is under our Service Agreement. Because Mr [redacted] was not under our service agreement program, we had to charge for the labor. Because we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, we will write the 200.69 off that Mr [redacted] feels he does not owe. Sorry that Mr [redacted] felt he had to get the Revdex.com involved to resolve this, last note in system on 1/8/18 states that Mr [redacted] would be sending in payment.
