B & M Machine CO

I had my truck at B & M Machine shop for a transmission repair. I had it taken there in April 2012 and was told it would be a week or two at the most for repair. Today is August 31,2012 and I had to have it towed to my house because the mechanic took out my old one and it has been sitting in a field since. I have been paying for full coverage insurance and a high payment every month waiting for it to be complete. He has been telling me EVERY DAY personally for over 3 months now that it is almost done, and should be by the end of the day. Plus, the tow truck driver is the same one that took it to where it was supposed to be repaired at and told me he knows it has not been worked on because of the position of the other vehicles around it, and would not be possible for them to even get to it. So I finally have my truck at home STILL not fixed..and everything (tranny, bolts, ect) was just thrown in the back of my truck and Im not even sure if all the pieces are there. I am a buisness owner myself and I know this is not acceptable buisness practices. I would like to know how he can even be in buisness ripping people off like this! plus alot more but im out of room
