I have rented from this company for 11+ years I have never had a check bounce but last month I had my first bounce for 86cents short (although I had money in savings accounts) My punishment was I had to pay late fees, and all (which was fine) but now I can NEVER write another check for rent I have also put in for repairs that I waited a year on one and ive been waiting months (and stll waiting) on another Do yourself a favor and Singh rent from these people The properties are,falling apart literally
The business is unprofessional and lacking customer service They do not return phone calls or emails regarding customer's complaints Completely unsatisfied and can't wait for my lease to be done I will never rent from *** and or B&M the owners of the apartment complex
Beacon 430, St Pete Florida. [redacted] The carpet in elevators are disgusting and they have leased out almost the entire parking garage to two companies so their employees can park. The front office staff is clueless at best. wish my lease would expire tomorrow.
