B & M Restoration Reviews (3)

I have attached copies of the paid invoice/warranty and email correspondence from/to B & M RestorationThe photos were taken by B & M As you can see from my emails, I have remained calm throughout this dispute, and if relevant to the resolution of this complaint, I believe the burden of proof rests with B & M to provide evidence to the contrary The attachment B & M included with their response was a review for Home Advisor made at B & M's suggestion shortly after B & M repaired cracks in the brick, mortar, and foundation corners and does not reflect cracks which began appearing days after the repairs For your information, Home Advisor investigated and found my review valid before posting it.The response fails to address the fulfillment of the warranty itself, which, interalia, covers cracks resulting from foundation settling up to five years after repairs are madeOn the contrary, I would note that the response related to the foundation is not consistent with B & M's own warranty per my attachment My preference would be for the repairs to last five years, but if they do not, B & M's warranty insures that follrepairs would be made B & M's failure to make the repairs on January 26, 2016, the date they claimed in a telephone conversation was the earliest available, along with their failure to return my calls demonstrate failure in customer service and unsatisfactory performance

***, Please just stop! This has gone far enough! You know as well as I do, that you were never scheduled for a repair on the 26th, and you also are falsifying statements claiming that our work is not to your satisfaction. This customer, *** ***, has called and left threatening
voicemails, before any of this even started. When the work was preformed at *** ***'s home, there was an issue that arose regarding some additional workWe had a signed contract on specific areas of the house that she wanted done, when she requested that a few additional sections get done, she was informed that we would have to charge for the additional workShe was offered 50% off the additional charges considering we had employees on the job site. That was not enough for ***, she called screaming and yelling, and hung up on us! Then once she realized we were going to do the work just to keep the hostility down, she left us a review stating that our work was more than satisfactoryThen proceeding to provide a falsified statement claiming that we hung up on her!Furthermore, she called in December yelling about the area's being cracked, still acting in an extremely unprofessional mannorOnce we got her called down the best we could, we asked her what was going onShe explained that a few areas have started to crack that were addressedIt had been approximately months since her work had been doneFor joints to recrack in such a short time, is an indication to foundation issuesWe invited her to simply call a foundation company to provide her with a free estimate, just to check her foundationReason for this, was so that we did not repair the area, it happen again and her have to get her foundation done at that time. Moreover, she eventually decided, after telling us she didn't care how many times we had to come out, even if it was a foundation problem, that she would have someone look at the foundation. We are in utter disbelief that is has escalated this the current scenario. On the same token, predicated on the last conversation we had no appointment set at that timeShe informed us that she would visit with her neighbors about getting the foundation done, and would call us back. I wish there was some way to fix this, but *** seems to be very pugnacious with every interaction we have with herI'm not sure if *** got the dates mixed up for another company as far as the 26th goes, but we had yet to schedule her. Quite honestly, it's beginning to look like a slanderous act, or maybe someone out to sabotage the business, either way I would just like to get this behind us. We do provide a year warranty, and we stand behind that warranty with every customerThis one is no different! We do not carry any pessimistic intentions with us for any customer. I am sorry this is happening, and wasting all of our time

On the contrary, I would note that the response related to the foundation is not consistent with B & M's own warranty per my attachment.  My preference would be for the repairs to last five years, but if they do not, B & M's warranty insures that follow-up repairs would be made.  B & M's failure to make the repairs on January 26, 2016, the date they claimed in a telephone conversation was the earliest available,  along with their failure to return my calls demonstrate failure in customer service and unsatisfactory performance.
