I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Slidell on February 16, 2016, paid in full with a check from Hancock Bank As of today, March 8, 2016, my county of residence (Hancock County of Mississippi) has not received any paperwork so that I can register and obtain a tag for my vehicle I called the dealership today (March 8, 2016) and they informed me that they sent the information to the wrong address and that they would have to apple for a duplicate title I have spoken with the local tax assessor's office (Hancock County, Jimmie Ladner, Jr.) and the State of Mississippi about driving the vehicle They both said that I cannot drive the vehicle legally because it has been days since I purchased the vehicle So therefore I am having a vehicle sit in my driveway that I cannot drive
