I recently purchased a 1999 [redacted] from this dealer and the Ad posted on the website stated that the [redacted] was a 4x4 with AC, and other options. I placed a call to the dealership to make sure that it truely only had 63,000 miles on it and the condition it was in. I was told that it had "some rust" but it was still able to be stopped. So I have all the emails sent by this dealership still available for review as the truck is completely rusted out underneath (FRAME) and the AC never worked as it had grey duck tape tapped to the end of the broken rear AC pipe.

I send an email stating that these issues were not "ok" and need to be fixed. The owner who's name is [redacted] told me to send it to [redacted] down the street from my house to have it looked at. After the truck was given a bid of nearly $1500-$2,000 to fix the Ac... He now doesn't feel it his problem and refuses to pay the amount to fix the Ac in the [redacted]. It was on his ad that the truck has Ac, and he is now committed FRAUD for listing an option not working in the truck and knowingly knew it wasn't working since their was grey duck tape at the broken end of the Ac pipe. ( pictures are available for review) Now the owner leaves me no other option but to sue the dealership for fraud and to get my money back in full.
