Review: It was hard to only choose one primary nature of complaint. Slow shipping, horrible customer services, and the fact that they sent me a cheap knock off product when I ordered and paid for name brand have all driven me to write this complaint.
The first product they shipped me came broken. I called the number and the rep. was not only rude, but didn't speak very much English. They agreed to send me another one and when it came it was also broken and it was a cheap knock off of the name brand that I purchased. When I emailed them they responded, I quote:
"Is this kind of joke or what? did you said you are keeping, after we spend another $60 for 2nd item to ship and $15 to ship the 2nd item, you are telling us this after 2 month?
I hope you are joking,as for broken, honestly we can send you a picture what we made before we ship to you, nothing wrong with scetch pad."
That was the whole e-mail they sent me when I politely asked for a refund after they screwed up twice. I offered to send back both products and this was the last email they sent me.
Furthermore, they stalled me by promising a new one so that I could not file on PayPal after 45 days.
If you google "B Magic Shop Reviews" you will find that most of their past customers had similar experiences. They are just scam artists.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I offered to send them back both broken products and they said "Is this a joke"? All I want is the two hundred dollars I paid. I also think their business license should be revoked after so many customer complaints. I heard from past customers that they sometimes swear at and harass people when they file complaints.
After ordering an item from B Magic Shop. I was happy to receive a phone call confirming my order and ensuring me of proper delivery within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks passed I placed a call with the company. The man (who had a hard time with the English language) completely dismissed my claim that the item should have been received on Friday from his Tuesday phone call. He insisted nobody called me and that the item had not even been acquired on his end yet. I of course being very frustrated insisted that he ship the item out asap. Considering he told me three times over our phone call that he not only had the item sitting next to but it was being shipped out that day. I said that if the item was not received in a timely fashion I would be filing a cancellation of the order and requesting an immediate refund of the $285 spent on the item. The following Sunday I received a cancellation email from the vendor. (The night before I requested the item to be delivered, now being three weeks overdue). I immediately replied to the email requesting refund by the following morning. The email back the following morning went as follows. (please excuse the language)From:b magic shop - [redacted]" who the [redacted] are you to comand.. mn I would never send you a table for that price for mns like you, get the money and get lost.." This is absolutely the worst customer service and with absolutely no harsh words or negative retaliation from me it's completely uncalled for and 100% unprofessional. The man was rude, offensive, verbally abusive and ignorant. People like this should not be allowed to conduct business.
