I was very happy that the work they did was done quickly and effectively. However, am very dissatisfied on there communications for setting up times to come out to complete a job. The worker kept blaming the office when it was the worker ([redacted]) who we were always setting the appointments up with. Not very appropriate if you ask me to lay blame somewhere else when it was clearly his fault.
