On January 30th, I took my GMC Acadia in for a timing chain issueThe warranty company ( Vehicle Solutions ) put them thru *** making demands & tying up their lift for days then denying the claim.*** (Service Writer) along with *** ( Owner), & *** (Salesman) was on the phone daily calling this company & doing all they could to help resolve the issue.*** (Technician) spoke to the inspector that the warranty company sent out giving him everything he asked for.Just when I thought I would never get my Acadia fixed, I received a call from *** saying that they had spoken to the GM dealer ship (*** *** & GM would pay them to fix the issue with out costing me a dime.These guys jumped thru hoops to get me taken care of as well as giving me a car from their lot to drive.I can't say thank you enough to them for such great service.They proved that not every shop is out for the almighty dollar.They earned my trust & my business
