Review: I am filing a formal complaint against BNB Electric & HVAC of Richland, WA.I made an agreement with BNB to run an outbuilding shop service from our home. During this process I requested BNB to replace a GFI receptacle as it cut out as well as the non GFI's down the line. It wasn't replaced. BNB was to supply me a 10 to 15 foot 50 amp service for my welder. When I stripped the wire to connect to my welder the insulation crumbled and the copper wire was blackened. Sure signs of a used wire. BNB seemed reluctant to replace it. They did do so after I insisted. In December of this year I started to put up xmas lights and found I had no power to my outside outlets. BNB had not reestblished power to them. Upon contacting BNB about this, they said they didn't remember any wiring to outside outlets. We set a time for them to be here twice. It was a no show both times for BNB. I was here both times. Having made numerous calls to BNB and wasted time for them to show. I contacted them and told them not to come as it is our belief that their word is not good, therfore they care little about thier product. We will never use BNB nor recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I have no desire to have BNB on my propety. I therefore want some type of financial redress to cover the cost of BNB not finishing the job. An unfortunate circumstance at my expense.
