Bait and switch scam artists.
My wife and I were looking for a cheaper place to save money to move out of the country and we mistakenly stumbled upon these people. The people that they usually deal with are not going to understand...they lured you in with a deal too good to be true and when the paper work comes out the numbers, situation and attitude all change dramatically.
These people are predators on the lower class who look for nothing but to strip money from those who don't know better Avoid at all costs.
