furniture was in molloy bros storage,an allegedly humidity/climate controlled facility, a safe and ckean containerized etc. was in storage for years at great costs.

due to their agreement,the consumer DOES NOT go in and out of their facility/your items remain there allegedly containerized,safe,secure,climate /humidity controlled etc--their website is easily available=

molloy bros WAS CHOSEN BASED on their website statements and description of alleged care MY ITEMS would receive.

my furniture arrived FILTHY,apparent long term WATER DAMAGE and scratched/gouged etc.

molloy bros were contacted immediately sept 2012 and a follow up call was necessary to get a DAMAGE CLAIM FORM from them.

further contact was required to get A RESPONSE FROM THEM.

finally months LATER, a rep arrived to take photos and my statement.

my ANTIQUE SOLID OAK cabinets that have LOCKS,left MY HOME LOCKED with paperwork inside and molloy bros TOLD ME TO SIMPLY LEAVE UNBREAKABLES INSIDE A LOCKED CABINET--these CABINETS ARRIVED OPEN,hinges tampered with/hasp pin replaced by a NAIL and scratches around the locks--one was emptied of contents and the other HAD MISSING ITEMS.

again they were contacted immediately in septemeber 2012--contacted UPON ARRIVAL.

bureaus were damaged due to their numbered stickers being placed directly front on finished surfaces/wheels SHEARED OFF 2 BUREAUS due to improper handling.deep scratches

FILTH ENCRUSTED

WATER DAMAGE.

monthly inflated fees PAID ON TIME for alleged clean,safe,secure,climate controlled environment.

now molloy bros REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE where the DAMAGE OCCURRED and states that I get the agreed upon RATE for damage reimb ursement.

NOW why would the consumer after reading their glowing webiste EXPECT DAMAGES to their items ?

the damage happened while IN THEIR CARE AT MY EXPENSE.

again,the consumer is NOT ALLOWED ACCESS to their storage facility to view the conditions etc.

there is ALSO the matter of THEIR CONTRACTED MOVER REFUSING TO DO THE JOB on the appointed moving day.

he CLAIMS MY HOUSE WAS DIRTY ??? which was NOT THE CASE and has NOTHING TO DO with him and the ELDERLY nonenglish speaking crew HE showed up with taking out PREPARED BOXES anjyway/

molloy rep ""[redacted]"" HEARD THE ENTIRE conversation via my cell phone and heard THEIR TRUCK PULLING OUT.

molloy bros left me high and dry and having to make cancellations as this WAS a long distance move/1800 miles/driver with a handicapped son and young daughter,pets etc CAUSING ME IMMENSE FRUSTRATION and aggravation and having to contract with ANOTHER MOVER

and having limited funding as molloy bros HAD my credit card almost maxxed out due to their excessive fees and as you well know,travelling with a handicapped individual, a young daughter and cat/dog requires planning and reservations which require your credit card to secure your bookings.

molloy bros STATES PHOTOS TAKEN and my demand to SEE THESE PHOTOS were never answered and right down to WHO TOOK PHOTOS was never answered either.

they also STATE THAT A REP physically CAME to my address etc--NOTHING OF THE KIND EVER HAPPENED.

there is ALSO their demand that I SIGN RECEIPT for their inadequate and unacceptable amount of compensation all according to the contract--AGAIN,why would the CONSUMER choose molloy bros and then EXPECT filth,damages,etc after going through their website and talking with their reps ?

MY REQUESTS for the information as to HOW WERE MY ITEMS STORED,where were they stored,HOW WERE THESE DAMAGES DONE ?

and THEIR MOVER remain unanswered.

molloy has been CONTACTED MULTIPLE TIMES inre to their inadequate compensation,THEIR END OF A CONTRACT,their responsibilities to THE CONSUMER,is their website ACCURATE ?

telling a consumer to SIGN and NOTARIZE RECIEPT FOR FUNDS RECEIVED BEFORE THEY WILL ISSUE IT

etc

and molloy bros simply sending out THE SAME FORMS IN RESPONSE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE is not right.

they have things to answer for.

damaged furniture ,their employee not doing a CONTRACTED JOB.no explanation/no apology

inadequate COMPENSATION for ALL DAMAGES.

BY ALL MEANS contact molloy bros as the next step is the nys atty general.
