Midstate contacted me about a bill that went into collectionsI worked out an agreement with them to pay and asked if they would refrain from sending it to the credit bureau and they agreedHowever, they turned it over anyway after I made my first payment

Collections account shows up in my credit history check with an original date of June 13, I have never been notified through mail, email, or phone of the outstanding debt balance (all contact information has continually been updated through ***, and all three credit bureaus) Credit bureau reporting shows balance of $5,but doesn't give account information or means of resolving debt I believe that misstate collections solution has intentionally refrained from contacting me in regards to the original debt in an attempt to accumulate ongoing fees

*** did purchase a pressure washer from our business and did have it brought in to our service deptfor repairs and we were waiting on back order parts from our supplier , but at no time did myself or my staff speak with
*** and tell her that the gaskets had deteriorated in time on our showroom nor did we try and sell her a more expensive pressure washer for a $*** in the meanwhile if she is not happy with her pressure washer we will gladly take it back and credit her money back to have this matter closed

I do not have a contract with Midstate Collection Solutions

This company has stated that I owe money for a bill that was from Febbut wasn't filed on my credit report til July No letters for bill any time from beggining of so-called debt til now which is Feb 2nd They have called numerous times which every time I have asked them to validate the bill and send something to me Each time nothing has been done but tell me their company policy My right is to have the bill validated and sent to me not that their company policy overrides my right
