I have been very clear with this client from the beginning that I am a Life Coach If requested, I can provide a copy of my Contract which specifically lists me as a Life Coach Client requested co-parenting classes which do NOT require a license In fact, a great deal of lay people conduct them with no degrees whatsoever Client is kindly directed to the Superior Court Referral List for requirements to conduct classes In addition, this writer informed client and the other party at least one half dozen times that I was a Life Coach.This writer has explained to client at least one half dozen times, as evidenced by the other party, that there were of areas to cover in co-parenting Client spent approximately the first months literally screaming at the other party and demanding her agenda be addressed instead of the co-parenting coverage This writer explained in excess of a half a dozen times the reason that she and the other party were not making progress Client continued to use the co-parenting time to cover vacation, school issues and other issues that this writer explicitly requested be conducted outside of the classes.With regard to the contract, client requested a copy of her contract on 9-30-for the first time, in addition to a copy of her receipts This writer spent the next two days preparing for an out of country trip that client was aware was taking place Client has on multiple occasions demanded immediate response to her texts and/or requests for assistance, etcfrom both the other party and myself This writer has requested that client respect boundaries and that, in fact, most of her requests do not have an urgent need for immediate response In fact, client contacted this writer upon arrival after a hour, flight trip and this writer responded that her text would be responded to the next business day (client texted on a Sunday, mid-day in retrospect, client often contacted this writer after business hours or on weekends despite this writer's multiple requests to conduct business during regular business hours) Out of sheer frustration and irritation over client's apparent lack of any self-restraint or patience, this writer first call client and then texted that this writer would be terminating all contact with her The other party is able to confirm all of the above information as he has also received the same behavior and "do it now, immediately, on my time" demands for approximately years.In reference to this writer seeing the other party separately, this writer also requested to see client on her own so that she might be able to learn and utilize skills of self-restraint Although client apparently makes approximately the same as the other party, the other party agreed to do individual coaching whereas the client refused stating she did not have money (other party and this writer are aware that client is not in financial stress of any kind and simply did not want to bother with individual coaching).Client has reached out to other party multiple times to find another co-parenting provider and other party has ignored the requests Client appears to just not be willing to utilize the co-parenting skills and as a result, this writer has been forced to repeat over and over the coursework curriculum To this end, the final report for the Family Court will indicate that client ceased co-parenting prematurely and this writer was concerned with sending such a negative report That said, this writer will be happy to provide a copy of the billing statement (client stated in her text that the other party was "demanding" a copy as well, which when verified was found to be completely erroneous) This writer has discovered many discrepancies in client's level of honesty and ability to show restraint, patience and maturity when working in co-parenting with this writer Thus, the early termination of services.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint
