Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it's BS I was charged for adults and until I reported it to the Revdex.com, and did a credit card dispute with my bank, only then did they do what I asked when I called them direct the 1st timeNot to mention was excellent last year which is why we returned again this yearBut it was worse than anything ever - Food was undercooked, staff was very rude as if we were imposing on themThey shut down an hour early, not to mention threw all the food out in front of everyone Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] t made a reservation for our Father's Day BBG event for 5 adults. He provided his credit card information to secure his reservation and this validation was processed on June 9th. The day of the event, a charge was processed for 4 adults and a credit issued for 1 adult per his request. The... original charge of @ 140.17 was ctedited witrh a refund of $35.04 when we were informed of the revised reservation. I believe we charged the appropriate net amount to his credit card. If [redacted] feels this is incorrect please have him call me directly [redacted] On behalf of Lyman Orchards and myslef, I apologize if there has been any confusion and hope [redacted] continues to patronize Lyman Orchards as a valued customer. We, at Lyman, strive very hard to resolve any issues that our customers make us aware of. I would be more than willing to resolve this matter and refund the entire purchase amount for the product that did not meet our customer’s expectations. Please advise next steps.
