I waited five full months after ordering some prisms They never arrived and the order was never cancelled The website originally said they were in stock, but after I placed the order it said they were not Supposedly they would arrive in three months If they don't have them and either don't want to order them or can't get them why don't they just say so? If I had known this I would have cancelled the order Their is some law that states they have to ship the merchandise within a month This doesn't warrant filing a formal complaint but I don't think they should have a rating of A+ either
