Review: I purchased a new lockset for the sliding glass door from our screen room out to the patio. Although I thought replacement would be simple it turned out not to be and I asked B & P Locksmith to come install it for me. They did come out, took some measurements and pictures and said they would have to order some parts. After awhile they came back out and still was having trouble then said they would have to order a spacer. That was several months ago. When I call to check the status the receptionist, Sally always tells me the she will have [redacted] (the owner) call me. He never does. I have been more than patient and want to have my door lock fixed. Can you help? Thanks in advance.Bill WensyelDesired Settlement: I want B & P to preferably replace the lockset with one that properly locks the door or, at a minimum, return the amount I paid for the lockset they sold me but which does not work. I also believe I should receive an apology from them for failing to contact me as promised. I am really disappointed and frustrated with them.
