which we forward to the manufacturerOn June 29th the manufacture responded that they opened a case file and are working on getting the customer a new hitch Mr*** called on the morning of July 8th and demanded that we take the hitch off and refund his money or install a new hitch by Saturday July 9thI notified Mr*** that the owner of our company was on the phone with the manufacture as I was speaking to him and that we would call him back Actually the manufacturer wanted to call MR *** directly to assure him that the matter was being resolved and that they were shipping out a new hitchNobody refused to help himWe wanted to remove the old hitch and install new one all at once so Mr*** didn't have to make numerous trips to our business and it would be more convenient for himWe are just waiting for the new hitch to be delivered and told Mr*** we would install it as soon as we receive it
