I am rejecting this response because:
First off, if I received the paper work at time of purchase, why would I keep asking for it over and over? Secondly, The down payment promissory note was late BECAUSE without the paperwork I had no idea of how much to pay, when to pay or where to send itIts was only days late, why did it take another days to send out paperwork that should have already been processed and ready to go. But I guess that's why the State of Colorado decided to investigate B Qualities business practices. Not to mention the half assed attempt to make repairs that were stated on the paperwork, that never was repaired. But what everI done dealing with thisIts been going on far too long already and I'm sure they will just keep taking advantage of people in difficult circumstances

The title work went out late, because the promissory note was late. We have title clerks who prepare the title work after the date of purchase but do not send it until the promissory note is satisfied. Your paperwork was given to you on the date of purchase along a secondary copy we sent  after speaking with you. I am happy to make copies and send a third set of paperwork if you would like. If you are having trouble getting plates we are more than happy to help to rectify whatever situation has arisen.   RegardsBrett Exline

Customer purchased vehicle 12-03-2015, and we did not receive his initially promissory note (down payment) until 01-09-2016, due date was 01-04-2016. Due to the payment being late it resulted in paperwork being sent out late, sent 02/01/2016 certified #[redacted] U.S Postal . As...

for paperwork not been given, customer received paperwork at time of signing. And was also sent second copy regular mail to address in Roggen, CO. 01/07/2016. Customer was also assisted 01/14/2016 by dealer who provided new copy of registration via email to Weld County so he could receive additional temporary license plate for one that had gone missing. We recently bought our second vehicle from Brett and we are so happy. Brett and his staff were so friendly and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our vehicle. We refer all of our friends to Brett with confidence that he with take care of their vehicle needs.

My fisrt review wassnt posted which is probably a good thing althought it was positive the situation has gotten better - I want to submit a 100% positive review for Brett and John for the patience proefessionalism and assitance with helping get a depndable vehicle. The 1st vehicle I purchsed thru them ran into some problems and after all the messaging and phone calls instead of washing their hands and saying its out of their hands they worked to find me a vehicle that would work for me. I am hoping to continue this professional relationship with Brett and John so that I can eventually trade in the vehicle I have and keep moving up!!! Thank you Brett and John for hanging in there with me!!!
