B & R Auto Repair

My son was involved in an automobile accident yesterday .2 miles from the address of B & R towing. We live approv 8 miles from The towing business. They are charging us $275 for the towing from the accident site to the business. Once paid they will include the towing to our home address. I attempted to negotiate a fee reduction and they will not budge. that is the fee that is charges for accidents and clean up. They were not called to the scene ny emergency crew, they actually arrived before the police so they are listed as the towing company on the police report. We do not have towing on our car insurance for the vehicle involved, we have liability only. I just want a fair price. This is not a fair price. The only clean up was sweeping a piece of foam off the pavement. it took me 20 minutes to arrive at the scene from where I was and the car had already been removed.
