I put $2,500 down on a car had it almost a month to find out the car wasn't approved or financed through the bank. An the car stopped workingOn 2/25/2015 I put $2,500 down on a [redacted].The agreement was that I pay $200 a month for the car I started having problems with the car on 3/12/2015. I took it back to the dealer I thought they fixed the problem but a week later the car was acting up again. So I took it back this time asking for a refund because I needed something more reliable. They said the couldn't do that an they would fix the car again. I let them fix it again. Then now it was time for me to get my hard tags 3/27/2015 I go to the dealer to ask about the tags an she says the car hasn't been approved or financed through a loan company. That's when I told them I was going report them to Revdex.com to get a refund. She kept saying no everything is going to get handled gave me some more 30day tags. The next day she calls me and says I have to turn in my [redacted] if I wanted to keep the [redacted]. I disagreed again an stated that I want my money back. I was told that she was going to figure something out so she wouldn't lose my services so I left an went to my grandsons baseball game on the car. After the game was over with the car wouldn't crank. So I had to sit and wait for a ride in the dark.I called the next morning very upset. An I was told to resolve the issue that I would be given a cash car and be done with everything. I'm not hard to get along with so I agreed to that an when I begin to sign and read over the paper work I notice that the car a [redacted] was $5,500 and had payments of $200 a month. I strongly disagreed with that so I contacted this organization. Desired SettlementA refund
