We hired this company to pour a concrete slab at my homeI am a over the road truck driver and could not over see this project as much as I would have liked toMy fiance was there and updating me on this projectI paid them $2,down and had her pay $1,the balance due when they had completed the workUpon inspection this work was horribleThey did not evenly spread and it was full of clumpsI called and they assured me that I was top priority and they would fix it, they never showed up and will not respond to my attempts to contact them by phone or email

They had an emergency and I was there within hrs of the phone call
The materials I purchased were out of my own money
I worked for days and got the toilet and kitchen sink to work
I worked for month, part timeI told them I had
other contracts with other customers and could only work 1/daysThey asked that I update/remodel their bathroom
One bathroom was not operable
I purchased a new hot water heater at my expense for $600, but did not hook it up
They kept sending me text messages they were unhappy with the speed of the projectAs I stated I had other commitments and kept reminding them they were not my only customer
Her husband went to use the laundry facility and turned on the water, but since the hot water heater was not hooked up, water ran all over the new hardwood floor which was put downThey called me and again reminded them I told them the hot water was not hooked up and they should not be using appliancesThey were not happy with this statement and then refused to pay me and told me to stop working
I went back and gathered my toolsI have sent them a day letter required by the State before I place a lien on their property
