Review: [redacted] owner of this company came to my house on January 4, 2013 to look at work I needed done. I needed to have my attic stairs and one bedroom window replaced. Mr. [redacted] wrote out a contract stating that it would cost a total of $600.00 for the labor and the materials. He requested a $400.00 deposit. I began to write out a check in the amount of $400.00 and then Mr. [redacted] asked me to please make the check out to [redacted] his girlfriend "because she handles all the money". I made the check out for the $400.00 to [redacted]. I then aked Mr. [redacted] for him to write his request to have the check made out to [redacted] on to the contrat and he did. Mr. [redacted] never came back to my house. I have called him several times and he was verbally abusive to me. He was intoxicated everytime I spoke wth him on the phone and I confirmed this with a neighbor who knew him. My neighbor's husband called him and he also stated "he is out of his mind drunk".I finlly had to hire another person to do the job in February 2013. This work now has cost me $1,000.00. I will file a claim against [redacted] and [redacted] in court and I will contact the IRS regarding the check fraud should this matter not be resolved thru Revdex.com. I would like the check /or cash taken to the [redacted] Police Department. I do not want [redacted] or [redacted] at my home because I am afraid of him. I have kept every nasty message that he left on my voicemail as evidence.Desired Settlement: I want my $400.00 back in full. I would like the check /or cash taken to the [redacted] Police Department. I do not want [redacted] or [redacted] at my home because I am afraid of him.
