Response to Complainant's State of the Problem  The allegations contained in Complaint ID [redacted] are exaggerated and deceitful. The Complainants are not a customer of Knez; rather they reside adjacent to the property that we are building a house on. The property that we are building on...

is [redacted] ("Property"). As the Complainants point out, the Property was formerly owned by the [redacted]. Oddly enough, the Complainants applied for the Property through the City of Cleveland, and the application was denied. The Complainants' application was requested from the City of Cleveland and will be provided upon receipt. The Property is located on a cut through street that has an elementary school on the corner. Consequently, there is significant traffic in the morning and afternoon when school begins and ends. The congestion on the street does not result solely from Knez's ongoing construction. The Property is very tight, and Knez does its best to maintain the construction site. Complainants' property is one of the only homes on [redacted] in the block spanning from W. 41st Street to W. 44th Street that has a driveway opening onto [redacted]. Typically, the City requires access from the rear alleys so that the main streets to not have any curb cuts. Complainants allege that we owe twelve months of rent for use of Complainants' property during construction. Construction has not been ongoing for twelve months. The permits for the property were obtained on August 15, 2016 (see attached Building Permit Exhibit "A"), and construction commenced on October 25, 2016, which is approximately five months. Complainants allege that trusses were stored on their property. When the trusses were delivered for the roof, [redacted] mistakenly moved a portion of the trusses by hand to the Complainants' back yard. The Complainants immediately called the Knez office. Knez's project supervisor went directly to jobsite and apologized to Complainants for the mistake. The project supervisor asked if [redacted] could enter Complainants property to remove the trusses, and Complainants argued that they were keeping the trusses. The trusses were removed within 45 minutes. To prevent future mistakes, Knez put up a temporary "caution tape" fence to mark the property line for future reference. Knez issued a letter to Complainant that it would restore any damaged landscaping (see attached Letter to Hess Exhibit "B"). Pictures of the truss incident are attached as Exhibit "C". Complainants allege property damage as a result of Dominion East Ohio Gas installing the gas service line on the west side of [redacted] (see attached Dominion Ease Ohio Service Line Exhibit "D"). Dominion East Ohio Gas should be contacted for any necessary repairs resulting from its installation of the gas line. Complainants also allege damage from the installation of the waterline. The waterline is not close to Complainants' property. There was no disruption to Complainants' property with the installation of the waterline (see the attached Site Plan for the waterline location). Complainants allege that they had an easement for the fence that was located on the Property. [redacted] determined that Complainants' fence was located on the Property (See attached Site Plan Exhibit "E"). It is undetermined whether Complainants' obtained a permit for
