Response to Complainant's State of the Problem The allegations contained in Complaint ID [redacted] are exaggerated and deceitfulThe Complainants are not a customer of Knez; rather they reside adjacent to the property that we are building a house onThe property that we are building on is [redacted] ("Property")As the Complainants point out, the Property was formerly owned by the [redacted] ***Oddly enough, the Complainants applied for the Property through the City of Cleveland, and the application was deniedThe Complainants' application was requested from the City of Cleveland and will be provided upon receiptThe Property is located on a cut through street that has an elementary school on the cornerConsequently, there is significant traffic in the morning and afternoon when school begins and endsThe congestion on the street does not result solely from Knez's ongoing constructionThe Property is very tight, and Knez does its best to maintain the construction siteComplainants' property is one of the only homes on [redacted] in the block spanning from W41st Street to W44th Street that has a driveway opening onto [redacted] Typically, the City requires access from the rear alleys so that the main streets to not have any curb cutsComplainants allege that we owe twelve months of rent for use of Complainants' property during constructionConstruction has not been ongoing for twelve monthsThe permits for the property were obtained on August 15, (see attached Building Permit Exhibit "A"), and construction commenced on October 25, 2016, which is approximately five monthsComplainants allege that trusses were stored on their propertyWhen the trusses were delivered for the roof, [redacted] mistakenly moved a portion of the trusses by hand to the Complainants' back yardThe Complainants immediately called the Knez officeKnez's project supervisor went directly to jobsite and apologized to Complainants for the mistakeThe project supervisor asked if [redacted] could enter Complainants property to remove the trusses, and Complainants argued that they were keeping the trussesThe trusses were removed within minutesTo prevent future mistakes, Knez put up a temporary "caution tape" fence to mark the property line for future referenceKnez issued a letter to Complainant that it would restore any damaged landscaping (see attached Letter to Hess Exhibit "B")Pictures of the truss incident are attached as Exhibit "C"Complainants allege property damage as a result of Dominion East Ohio Gas installing the gas service line on the west side of [redacted] (see attached Dominion Ease Ohio Service Line Exhibit "D")Dominion East Ohio Gas should be contacted for any necessary repairs resulting from its installation of the gas lineComplainants also allege damage from the installation of the waterlineThe waterline is not close to Complainants' propertyThere was no disruption to Complainants' property with the installation of the waterline (see the attached Site Plan for the waterline location)Complainants allege that they had an easement for the fence that was located on the Property [redacted] determined that Complainants' fence was located on the Property (See attached Site Plan Exhibit "E")It is undetermined whether Complainants' obtained a permit for
