Review: Contractor was to resurface asphalt driveway with high quality hot asphalt. The contractor guaranteed the driveway against defective workmanship. The contractor installed the asphalt at the end of the day in spite of issues and concerns the I raised. The owner, [redacted], guaranteed that the product was fresh and of very high quality. The contractor installed an inferior product which affected the outcome. The contractor failed to complete the job and the workmanship was sub-par and unprofessional. The contractor's employees ran out of propane gas which was essential for a quality work product. the contractor's employees failed to complete the finishing touches of the job and failed to clean up. The contractor's employees were sloppy in the installation of the asphalt and caused damage to the paint on the house. The contractors equipment caused damage to the cement concrete flooring of my garage. The contractor attempted to resolve some of the minor issues only to create a worsening condition.Desired Settlement: Refund of job plus reasonable cost to repair house and garage floor.

was already cracked. We offered her a free sealcoat. The driveway was done in workmanship manner and all materials used were as specified in the contract.

IN REGARD TO COMP #[redacted]. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED USING ALL THE MATERIALS STATED IN THE CONTRACT. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER. THE DRIVEWAY WAS INSPECTION [redacted] AND LOOKS PERFECT. THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINED ABOUT SOME MARKS ON THE DRIVEWAY A CREW WAS THEN SENT TO MAKE CORRECTIONS AS NECESSARY. A SMALL( HOSTA) TYPE PLANT WAS SLIGHLY TOUCHED WHEN THE CREW WAS MAKING CORRECTIONS AND IS GROWING FINE. THERE ARE (3-4) SMALL DOTS THE SIZE OF A PIN HEAD NEAR GARAGE THAT ARE HARDLY VISABLE. ONCE THE SEAL IS APPLIED IT WILL MAKE THE DRIVEWAY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. THE VALUE OF THE SLIGHLY DAMAGED PIANT IS 5.00-10.00. THE SMALL DOTS NEAR GARAGE CAN BE PAINTED OVER 10 MINUTES OF TIME $20.00?
