Review: [redacted] has no license to practice his craft in Delaware per the Division of Revenue. He refuses to complete deck and hand rail repairs which he built in June 2013. He has taken advantage of a senior citizen who has since passed away waiting for him. He is deceiving the public by having a different name and address associated with his phone number and I have evidence to support that he does not live in the State of Delaware. He keeps promising to come and do repairs some for which we don't need to be home. Three times he has promised to come and has not showed up yet. He built a deck with staples, some of which are exposed and not holding anything. The handrails are wobbly and its only been 4 months. Mr. Parker did come to see what we were complaining about in the very beginning and was as amazed as we were at his shoddy workmanship.Desired Settlement: We want him to repair what we asked him to repair.
