I don't see how they are still running, I go in for original complaints of sore gums and my tmj, obviously I needed fillings and other work because I just had a child and it dose a number on womanAnyway long story short I wasn't happy after I went in a second time for fillings because about two days after and since my mouth the entire left side hurts as if someone stuck a brick in my mouth along with shards of glass and forced me to bite downIts all over and heat doesn't agree with itI gave a very honest and negative review on facebook and by Monday morning I get a phone call from some rude woman named *** and we talked I went in to see about my pains, I get no results no answers just pain meds and while there this blonde named *** or whatever argued with another employee because the dentist wanted me on Tylenol Well *** had called after we spoke and wanted me on ibuprofen and well shes no doctor so anyway I wasn't called in the Tylenol and I'm still in painWell I go home removed my one star negative post and added a two star less negative review and in less than minutes this *** calls and is basically threatening me, and mad because I added another bad reviewShe in the first call bribed me by waving a $charge and the in this call rubbed her "kindness" in my faceAnd in the end of this call says something of "well ill give you about half an hour and then ill call the state of Texas and let them know what's going on" and mind you before this she threatened to call the state of Texas simply because of what a negative review?? It's my right to leave my comments on this pageI've NEVER heard of any company pulling a person's file to call them and demand they remove a negative reviewAlso *** had said in our second and last conversation that she had or the owners had spoken with the dentist who saw me and he had said I only complained about my jaw (tmj) and I NEVER did, I asked valid questions relating to my tmj and wonders of could it be at play to why my mouth hurts like it doseThey all liedAlso I need root canals and they where at one point gonna do mine until I got to talkingThis *** chick told me my insurance wont cover the caps and I'd have to pay out of pocket for themI believed it for a few days until yesterday when I called my insurance and many people told me that they pay the for it all caps and the root canalsAnd if you look over some fb reviews you will also see some say things very similar to thisI've NEVER seen a company so desperate in my lifeI would rather my teeth all fall out than return to this placeAlso I'm not the only one who they have tried to bribe to take down negative reviews
I went to get insurance covered dental services through Medicade,
that allows a general cleaning and fillings at no cost to meThe dentist DR *** *** did X-rays and checked my teeth and said they would be back with pricesAfter hours the dentist told me that she would not do the filling with out a $ periodontic cleaning before they could do the fillings and refused to do the fillings with out getting the $cleaning done She
stated that it would against her License to do the fillings with out doing the $cleaning first I have been to the dentist many times and they always clean after the fillings
I have reported this to the State of Texas and MedicadeI feel that DR *** *** was trying to dupe me into an unnecessary treatment

This is a very clean environment, kid friendly with play area and TV screens in the room for patients to enjoy...the staff is real friendly
