have a sign in the store claiming the same statement and include the same message on our customer receipts for the sales. The specific customer knew about our policies yet still asked for the return of the wig claiming that she would not tell any of our other customers. Due to our permanent policies, we explained that we simply could not accept the return. This customer later complained about the store's sanitation in which she did not mention it at the time of purchase nor at the time of return. however, when letting our customers try on wig we use the hand sanitizer which sits on our counter and also provide disposable wig cap to the customer as well. This customer also chose the wig on the day of purchase claiming she was satisfied with the product and came back the next day saying that she was no longer interested in the product and requested the return ignoring the fact that the product had no defects.  We, Hair City, value our customers, and try our best to protect our customers from any problem may be caused by our sales and services. We apologize for any inconvenience resulted from our sales, but would like to ask all of our customers to understand that we have policies which have to apply to all of our customers equally.
