They picked my car up it had front end damage to drivers side ..I was assured my car would be restored back to its original condition...once I showed my estimate from insurance co.I was told that they would fix what the co adjuster looked at and any additional damage they would contact the insurance co..they held my car for 2 weeks I called them every 3 days ...not once did they mention any other damage to my car..said everything fine it will be ready the end of 2 weeks..fine with me ...I go to pick my car up gave them over 3200 $ ...woke up the next MNG my car won't start..calls b&s...they tell me my batterie dead ..go to check my batterie at another 2 places ...my batterie not dead...b&s says it's not there prob...they are supposed to have fixed my car back to running condition and they didn't ..they basically gave me a bumper for 3200$...","neg-1
