Review: I was doing some preventive maintanace on my personnel car. And I came across a stripped bolt on my front brake caliper housing. So I went to this auto part supplier called B.S.&F Auto Parts to see if they could help me out with the situation in hand in trying to remedy the issue with the stripped bolt with a Heil Coil Kit. I was directed to see a person or sales repersentative by the name of [redacted] to help me out with the present situation that I was having. I explained to him ([redacted]) that I need a new set of caliper bolts for a Plymouth, Neon 1998 and that I needed as well a HeilCoil Kit to repair the problem that I was having. He in turn punched into his computer the present information given to him and handed me the proper bolts for my car. Then he started to look for the HeilCiol Kit for me but he was having a problem in locating the right tool for the application. So he handed me the closes thing that he thought will work to remedy the problem in hand. I purchased the two items from him and went home to see if this would do the proper job in remeding the persent situation that I was having. The present tool that was sold to me was already opeded on one side but all the context was all present within its packaging. So I decided to buy it because it was the only one in a metric style thread. When I removed the tool to see if I could repiar the problem in hand with my car. The tool purchased was too small for the application and could not be used at all to repair the problem in hand. So the following day I returned to the same store and explained to him ([redacted]) the same person that I purchased the tool from that the tool was to small and could not be used at all to remedy the repiar. That if he had a bigger tool and was this the proper tool to repiar the problem that I was having. He in turn took the tool from me and went to the back of the store and spoke to someone about the matter in hand. And told me that he could not exchange or refund my money becuase the tool was used already. I explained to him that yes I took the tool out of the packageing to see if I was able to repair my car but the tool was to small and that I needed a larger tool for the application. He refused to except my cliam and wanted to sell me something that might to the trick to repair my persent vechile. And that was wrong as well. I told him that I was going to report him to the B.B.B. because I felt that this person was taking me for granted and wanted to sell me what ever he had in hand just to make a sale in his part. Furthermore I had to go to another Auto Part store and there I was able to buy the proper tool needed to fix the present that I had origanlly. I have rectified my matters with B.S. & F. Auto Parts Inc. I have recieved a phone call from the in house store manager call [redacted]. When I call this morning I spoke to the store owner [redacted] and he was very much cooperative in helping me with this situation in hand. He asked me to stop by the store so he can refund me the money owed to me and he also gave me a Twenty dollar in store credit to use anytime as well. I have recieved the amount of $39.50 the full amount of money for the tool exchange. I'am very pleased with the situation in hand and how it turned out.

Finally, I'am very pleased with your service and your help in this present situation that did arise. If agency's like this one did not exist store vendors will re-write the law for there advantage and try to take working peoples hard earn money for there own personal greed. Thanks again for your speedy responds and please retract any further complaints to B.S.&F AUTO PARTS INC.
