Having spent eighteen years with an exposed gravel paving stone patio, I was more than ready for an upgrade! I did my homework and called a number of landscaping companies which specialized in poured, stamped, stained concrete patios Even though B & S was not the least expensive (sometimes you get what you pay for...), they were the most responsive and attentive to my requests, were very competitively priced and conveniently located Obed *** made an appointment to come see my patio and gave me wonderful pamphlets which highlighted the various stamps, stains, colors from which I could choose He followed up with me shortly thereafter and patiently waited for me to secure my Association's approval of his submitted plans and statement of insurance Finally, the day arrived....and now I am enjoying my beautiful patio, passing out their card to all my neighbors One has already signed on and is also enjoying her new patio and three others are contemplating doing the same! All debris and leftover materials were removed from the property and there was very minimal damage to the yard They even placed new sod beside the outer edge to make sure all was in place and looked terrific when they left! I would recommend B & S to anyone considering remodeling their patio Dianne *** ***
