Review: We got a wheelchair from them and it was fixed 4 times and now they refuse to exchange the wheelchair for my mom that is very ill. The wheelchair doesn't lock correctly and it shakes from side to side. They are telling us that we have to send it out now to be fixed and are not willing to give a temp. wheelchair while ours is being fixed. I feel they are wrong for telling us something and not taking care of us when needed.Desired Settlement: I would like a new wheelchair that works and that is not a hazard towards my mom. Relatives of pnt [redacted] brought a wheelchair made by Drive manufacture to our office to inspect it and to possibly fix brakes. Our technician change brakes holders wich became loose of the wearing for the new pieces with out any charges. Wheelchair works perfectly fine, pnt relative sit down and tryed to lock the brakes and she saw everything was properly done. They sign the repair invoice. Suddenly,pnt's husband decide to accuse the company and the people who was working on the wheelchair with complain that they want a brand new wheelchair. He was screaming and insulting everybody and didnt want to listen any explanation.

To the best of my knowledge, wheelchair is in a good condition, brakes are working and will work if pnt or relatives will used properly and with care.
